Good day, please advise me. last week i tested positive for covid-19 and went through the doctor's advice. now he cleared me and my partner as we have served the 14 days but now said there is no need for retesting which makes me uneasy on the matter.

No retesting needed: Retesting in your circumstance is not needed. A test for viral RNA may positive for up to 6 weeks following recovery, without there being any live virus. Wish you good health!
