What is the best way to treat a cough ? i have that for almost a month. is a slight cough and not is all the time, before i had a nose surgery and from there i have suffered allergies like rhinitis and sinusitis. id appreciated your help. thanks !!

Allergy related: This is likely related to allergies, as you have a history of the same. You could try an OTC antihistamine. Reflux from the stomach may also cause this - it can also the the side effect of certain mediations. a cough of longer than a month needs an evaluation
