Sick for 2 weeks, had laryngitis for around a week, directly after that i had sinusitis for 5 days and i had a cough through all of that. i still have a cough and a runny nose and no other symptoms, what could this be?

Certainly sounds like a viral upper respiratory infection. Coronavirus possible (unless you’ve had vaccine) but many other possibilities as well. Almost always self limited.
