: This is an individual issue. What works well for some may not for others. There are some that are mildly sedating/long lasting like cetirizine and some like loratadine/fexofenadine that are long acting/non sedating to most. Simple diphenhydramine is mildly sedating/short acting but very effective. Unfortunately how they work for you will take some personal trials.
