I was hoping to get a doctor's note to return to work. i have had a cold for about a week,l. my symptoms have been a productive cough and lethargy. my cough has subsided and i am feeling 90% better. ?

Resolving illness: If there is a worsening cough and fever, please see your PCP. You most likely have a viral illness which is resolving, but pneumonia may occur as a complication or secondary infection.
