Took tamiflu (oseltamivir) last week to get over flu. still have a bad, deep, non-productive cough and tight lungs. when should i worry/return to doctor's office?

Go see him next week: Sometimes bacterial infections jump on board. I have been giving zpak one week after flu and having good success fighting cough. Pertussus and whooping cough is running high in my community, so be aware. Go see your doctor next week.

Yes: You may have a pneumonia, which can happen after the flu. If you are not getting better, you should definitely go back to the doctor's office to get checked out. Better safe than sorry.
