Having pain on lower right side of abdomen. i have enlarged veins in testicles (hydroceles i believe). would this cause pain in that area, is it a concern?

Wrong label : Having dilated veins around your testis is called varicoceles, not hydroceles which is a totally different issue. Varicoceles are usually on the left side but may be on both. Some are symptomatic with an achy pain some not. Hydroceles might also give rise to discomfort. I would consult a urologist to sort out your issue & discuss therapeutic options.
