See a doctor: Is the only way. Most experts diagnose based on 3 things (sometimes 2 out of 3): 1) irregular periods, 2) pelvic ultrasound, 3) blood tests showing high androgens. Many 'symptoms' are related to pcos but non of them are important for diagnosis, only the ones i listed.
