Not Possible: Pcos is a hormonal imbalance that is believed to have its origins in the ovaries themselves. You can't cur pcos. It can be controlled. Risks such as diabetes and pre-diabetes should be managed. Weight should be controlled. Diet and exercise are important. But it cannot actually be cured.
