Female disorder: Characterized by high testosterone level in the presence of irregular menses or ovarian cysts, although some experts will agree that by having high testosterone levels alone, you can have pcos. Other causes of high testosterone in women must be ruled out. Check with your doctor.

See below: Pcos, polycystic ovariaqn syndrome is the most common endocrine disorder, about 6-8% of reproductive age women have this condition. Women with pcos have following symptoms or signs: irregular menstrual cycle due to ovulation dysfunction, elevated male hormones, and many follicular cysts in the ovaries. Patients have increased risk of diabetes, infertility and endometrial cancer if not treated.
