I have been on 2 different antibiotics for cuticle infection and it still is not healing. pus was cultured and came back negative. what can be next to heal infections ?

Cuticle: Not sure if this is foot or hand,but vigorous soap and water cleansing and footwear that does not constrict the area like sandals,flip-flops are good.If on the hand keep covered with a band-aid. May use an OTC antibiotic ointment or ask your doctor for Rx for mupirocin ointment.
