i have eczema all down my arms but its not the itchy rash type, what kind do i hsve and how can i get rid of it? i've had it for years now never clears

Cant tell: Eczema is itchy, so it unclear what you are calling eczema.Ot could. E psoriasis or keratosis pillars. It is treatable. Localized psoriasis will respond to scytera foam and keratosis pilaris will respond to lachydrin (lactic acid) or lac5. If you are ocncerned see dermatologist.
