Hi, i have all symptoms and feeling sick and weak but my test was negative, is it possible that it's a false negative and should i test again?

Negative test: It is possible you have a different viral infection or other organism. I would suggest that you continue to rest at home with lots of rest, fluids and eat regularly - hand washing and masking to protect others and take your temperature if you can. If your fever becomes difficult to control and above 100.4, you should see a doc for more eval. The test result you have is probably accurate.
