My daughter of 4yrs old, developed this terrible rash around her mouth and part of her nose.its red and bumpy. any suggestions on what i can put on or should she see a dr for antibiotics?

Facial infection: With her rash involving her nose and area around her mouth, I would recommend that she your doctor as this could be a bacterial infection, impetigo or perhaps a viral rash. Anyway, topical agents for her would not be the best choice as a first treatment choice. Oral antibiotics for impetigo that is extensive is usually very effective.
