Facial infection: With her rash involving her nose and area around her mouth, I would recommend that she your doctor as this could be a bacterial infection, impetigo or perhaps a viral rash. Anyway, topical agents for her would not be the best choice as a first treatment choice. Oral antibiotics for impetigo that is extensive is usually very effective.
