Have a spot slightly above my tonsil its white flat and if i press on it with a q-tip it fades away then a few minutes later comes back ! it is not a tonsil stone is that cancer ? i am freaking out

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. From what you described is does not appear to be cancer, but a precancerous lesion cannot be ruled out. It would be prudent to see your doctor, at your convenience. Wish you good health!
