Good evening i was diagnosed with pneumonia in 2005, never been in contact with any infected person as far as i know however the community i leave in not adhering to covid-19 rules, i sneeze a lot and my chest is paining but no short breath,am i safe?

I tested positive for covid 19, and im 5 days into isolation. I have developed further symptoms like fever 38,3, body chills, headache, wheezy chest which makes it heavy to breath. How do i know if I developed pneumonia?
