So i've been having this headache on my right side for over 5 days now. top of my nose hurts as well. every second i get up my right side of my head hurts. it's unbearable. ?

Right sided headache: May be sinusitis for which may need antibiotics, trigeminal neuralgia ,early shingles( treated with antivirals and prednisone), or even temporomandibular joint dysfunction. Would follow up with doctor for assessment and treatment.

Headache : A new pattern of severe headaches should be evaluated in the emergency room. Headaches can be the result of many things. I wonder if you have a nasal condition or sinus condition causing your headache.
