I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder was given naproxen 500mg 2x/day i am hypertensive and taking diovan 80mg/day. is it safe to take paracetamol when i get headaches?

Paracetamol is ok.: Using Diovan /valsartan with naproxen may reduce effects of valsartan. However, per the Drugs.Com drug interaction checker- paracetamol / acetaminophen with these two other medications does not have known interactions.
