How often can i take meloxicam 15 mg for my severe carpal tunnel? it wears off by 4-5pm if i take it at 8-9am. otc anti-inflammatory meds do not do anything and it hurts/aches until i can take it again the next morning. ice only helps slightly.

Meloxicam: You can get dosing info here: https://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/meloxicam-oral-route/proper-use/drg-20066928. I would NOT take more than 15 mg per day without consulting with your doctor.
