Carpal tunnel: syndrome can pop up with hypothyroidism. Rule out concomitant polyneuropathy and Ekbom syndrome ( EMG-NCV and check ferritin / iron levels). Try nocturnal splinting for CTS. Hypothyroidism like diabetes increases the chance that you will require CTS release surgery to preserve function.
