Can epididiymal cyst cause burning urine and pain on the opposite testicle? i was experiencing burning urine and testicle pain. the ultrasound revealed cyst on opposite testicle of where i experience pain in the groin and testicle & sometimes back.

No: Epididymal cyst, even on the same side would not explain pain in urination. Urinary infection and STD need to be ruled out. Wish you good health!
