I've been experiencing problems with my digestive system , i feel like i can't breathe and there's some sort of blockage , please can you advise on what could be the problem?

Constipation?: Typical problems with the digestive system can cause constipation (hard, lumpy stool) which backs up the waste product elimnation from the intestinal tract. This can cause fullness in the stomach and press on the diaphragm which prevents the lungs from expanding fully. Use a soluble fiber such as Psyllium and drink lots of fluids to keep the intestinal tract moving well.
