I started experience an abnormal feeling in my chest. when i lay down i feel a sudden tight squeeze, like a spasm, in the middle of my chest. its mostly painless and lasts to 3 sec. i cant breath while its happening. is there some artery blockage?

If you use drugs, even caffeine. you may want to stop because you may have chemical effects on the heart that should be evaluated. Artery blockage at this age is unlikely but you should probably have your heart checked. It is possible it may just be stress with associated chemical release, but it is worth being evaluated appropriately.
