Hi, i'm 30 weeks pregnant. last night i experienced low abdominal pain/discomfort. it felt like bladder was really full, after i emptied my bladder i still had the pain until i woke up this morning - what could be causing this? should i be concerned?

Abdom/pelvic pain: I would suggest you have this evaluated by a provider to eval for urine infection,possibly premature uterine irritability and contractions before going any further.
