I still have difficulty emptying my bladder. i used ciproflaxin 500mg for 7 days but after a few days, the pain came back again. i have dull pain in my lower abdominal, few drops of pee towards the end is cloudy. what might be the cause?

Cipro does not usually work so well with Urine Infections. If One is not allergic Bactrim DS tend to work better. It might be a good idea to have Urinalysis with Culture and Sensitivity studies to confirm the best treatment agent. If there is a PCP/GP, a visit is encouraged.
