I have the nonhormone copper paragard iud. i had the skyla prior (lowhormone, non copper iud), & had lightest periods, with 0 issues. since the paragard, ive bled hard & anxiety pms is bad. utis/bursitis infections.is my body be rejecting copper?!

On Skyla for almost 1yr. Almost immediately stopped getting periods. This month so tired, sore boobs, increase appetite, moody. Is it Pms/period without bleeding?
