Should i be concerned about needing to take 2 or 3 adcodol's each night to sleep? am i doing significant long term harm to my body? should i try and stop? m36. healthy. bp typical is 125/82. heart rate usually 80bpm.

Adcodol: Adcodol reportedly contains paracetamol, codeine and caffeine. I would be concerned about being unable to sleep without taking a narcotic. This is a pain medication, not an insomnia medication. I would encourage you to consult with your doctor and to find other ways to deal with sleep issues.
