Exposed: You have been exposed to a covid19 active infection and I believe you should self isolate for 14 days before circulating. You may want to gargle with warm saltwater, take a zinc supplement(no more than 40 mgs), drink adequate amounts of room temperature water with lemon and take turmeric. And when you do circulate, wear a mask when appropriate. Notify your MD as needed.

2-week quarantine: You have been exposed to Covid-19. Please shelter in place for 2 weeks and call a physician if you develop fever, headache, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or diarrhea.

COVID concerns: quarantine. Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family you live with). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Eat healthfully & sleep adequate amounts.
