Your exposure was not at a level to result in infection or your antibodies after COVID-19 vaccine avoided the illness. These are two possibilities. Obtain ba booster and a Flu vaccination.

If you are vaccinated, that could have prevented an infection. A small number of people are genetically resistant to an infection. It varies with the infection, but a small number are resistant to HIV also.
