Contact dentist: I doubt the ER would do anything more than contact a dentist, which you can do. A discussion with them can help decide when & where to go for services. They will likely try to save the teeth.

Fractured teeth: Your child needs immediate attention. Pain killer will not fix fractures. there may also be damage to surrounding bone, gums, and underlying permanent teeth. Sadly, ER's are ill-equipped to treated Dental issues. Your child needs to see a pediatric dental specialist, a Pedodontist, NOW. Don't wait.
