Postpartum Melasma: These skin pigmentation changes, known as melasma, often start to fade as your hormone levels return to normal and your body stops producing melanin. Use Coconut oil to massage pigmented areas for 20 minutes and then wash your face with clean water. Apply this method 1-2 times / week. Coconut oil is rich in fatty acids, and is especially good for the skin, allowing healing.
