NORMAL: Since you are still breastfeeding, your breasts continue to be engorged and because of this there is more blood flowing in your breast leading to more enlarged veins. This most likely is a normal finding. I noticed that you have had a cardiac evaluation. It is possible but most unusual to have a cardiac reason for this concern.
