Sciatica: Is the pain in your back or going down your leg? How severe is the pain? Any numbness, tingling, or weakness in your leg? Have you seen a neurosurgeon or orthopedic spine surgeon yet & if yes- are you a surgical candidate or not? If no, have you considered acupuncture. It won't fix herniation but it could significantly reduce inflammation.
