Its been 4 months since having covid. didnt have breathing issues then. now sometimes it feels hard to breath. heart races walking up the stairs and feel out of breath. 34 yr old. pretty healthy. any suggestions?

Post Covid: Studies with ct scans on asymptomatic patients with Covid19 infections showed significant lung changes in 50% of them. I think you may have some lung damage and recommend an evaluation by a pulmonologist. Appropriate testing, probably including cardiac evaluation, will be done.

COVID: Agree with earlier response. you could have post COVID pulmonary scarring. On the other hand, these symptoms may not have been caused by your COVID 19 infection. Medical assessment is the best to determine what is causing your symptoms.
