I visited the gyne 20 june,blood tests results showed 6-7 weeks pregnant.i consulted again today 18 july,the gyne could not hear a heartbeat n is able 2 see a little sac which indicates i cud be 4 weeks along.is this a sign of miscarriage?

Likely: What you described is not consistent with a viable pregnancy. Talk to your doctor and get blood test for HCG and repeat it 2-3 days later. Your gyne knows more about you and is in a better position to provide comprehensive advice. Wish you good health!
