My dad is shivering since yesterday and seems weak and lethargic . he is a post kidney transplant patient . i do not want to take him to the hospital due to the covid-19 risk . he has not been exposed to any infected individual ?

Call his doctor!: Please call his doctor!I'm not sure where you are located,but he may need to be seen at the hospital. I understand your concern about exposure to Covid but with his history, he needs to be evaluated,first by phone or telehealth by his doctor,but likely in person.He may have a serious infection, that can only be evaluated in person.We cannot do that on this part of the platform. Don't wait-call!
