Joint pain: Really depends on the cause. Usually rest and topical or oral NSAID's would help. At times PT is also an option.

There are over 200 causes of joint pain so the treatment depends on whether the joint pain is caused by trauma, infection, mechanical wear & tear, inflammation, abnormal crystals, tumors, etc. Also, the treatment depends on which part of the joint is affected such as the tendons, joint capsule, ligaments, etc.
