Sinusitis: Post nasal drip can indicate that you have some congestion in your sinuses. The dripping will naturally irritate your throat and cause a mild cough. Treat by taking in lots of extra fluids, use a saline nasal wash daily (hypertonic- 2 packets of salt), take a decongestant (oral or spray) and a mucus thinner (such as mucinex). If you develop a low grade fever, see your Dr for antibiotics.
