post-nasal drip, no cough, no congestion, but slightly sore throat from the drip. only small vocal loss, close to none. could it just be the dry air?

May be, but: could be as well chronic rhinosinusitis, (inflammation of the nasal cavity and the sinuses, an allergist/ ENT would help you, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck
