Is it normal to urinate frequently and very soon after drinking water? i have been to the loo about 4 or 5 times this morning between 5:45am and 9:15am i have had 1 litre of water also i exercised in the morning is this normal

1 liter = 4 1/2 cups: Likely normal. You woke with bladder full of urine & then consumed 4 1/2 cups of water so you had to eliminate volume oequal to 6 -8 of fluid, so 4 -5 voidings over 3 1/2 hours is well within normal limits. Consuming 1 1/2- 2 liters of water per day is plenty. You will then not need to urinate so frequently.
