A while ago i was cleaning my ears with toilet paper, and a piece got lodged in my ear and i cant get it out with tweezers. how do i get it out of my ear?

Hard to say: There is a chance it could be floated out if you put mineral oil in the canal, but that may just mess things up more. If it is really there an ENT or GP with the proper equipment could remove it under direct vision through an operating otoscope.
