Schizophrenia: There are people with chronic psychosis who have never been seen by physicians, and thus never diagnosed or treated. Schizophrenia is a chronic mental illness that does worsen with time. It often impacts one's ability to relate to others, and concentrate on schooling or work. Having hallucinations can be a symptom of this. Please see a psychiatrist for an assessment -- help is possible!

Doesn't sound like S: Your are on a psychostimulant that can be the cause of your psychosis. Schizophrenia is less likely and it does not sound like you are suffering from bipolar disorder. Please see your prescribing physician to sort this on. If your are not seeing a psychiatrist i would recommend that you do do.
