This is different.: This sounds compulsive, but this doesn't R/O psychosis. When you say "enjoy," are you experiencing pain during the attaching of the ticks? This would be masochistic, or a subtler version of self-mutilation. I'd visit a psychiatrist or psychologist to ask a LOT more questions...
