No: A single episode of imagined voice is not the same as psychosis. Auditory , visual and tactile hallucinations are not the same as delusions either (way beyond the scope of this forum). Auditory hallucinations can be psych, seizure, metabolic or just plane old imagination. If you continue to hear voices that no one else hears go to your doc.
