This is the 2nd winter that i have red, itching toes when i wear shoes. i read about chilblains, fibromelagia. starts with toe next to big toe.

Toes: Unlikely chilbain and not symptoms of fibromyalgia. However dry skin and subsequent irritation or itching can be common. Have you tried a moisurizing cream?
