Up to a few weeks: Usually symptoms clear over 2-3 weeks, but it can take longer, sometimes a couple of months. After 14 days, you're probably at no risk for serious or dangerous consequences. Good luck.

Can take several Wks: You should have your local doctor check you and also obtain a Chest X-Ray to check your lungs for possible pneumonia. The symptoms from Covid-19 can take several weeks. You can take paracetamol daily as needed for cough. Remain active with daily walks as often as you can. Most patients recover fully in 2-3 months

May be a while: I would expect the symptoms should be better in a week, but some people have had them hang on for several wees, even months.
