How do i get an official diagnosis for diffuse ssc the fastest? i'm still waiting on my referral to rheum but they're taking so long. i have positive ac 1(1:40), 2,4,5&29(1:160) ana ifa tests, skin/ig symp w/raynaud's & shortness of breath, etc.

Positive ANA IFA 1:160, IgG 1605, CK total 469, LDH 292.numbness in hands& feet. Tight & Shiny skin, joint pain, Raynauds,swollen fingers. Curved fingers. Muscle weakness, fatigue. Rheumatologist said systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). Sound accurate?
My ANA was 1:320 Homogenous +fine speckled pattern twice. I have Dilated nailfold capillaries, fatigue, Raynaud's, dry mouth, rashes, hair loss, body aches. But ENA, dsDNA, Anti Sm negative. What is most likely diagnosis? Seeing Rheum next month?
