A rheumatologist specializes in these types of disorders. There are countless tests that can be done to determine, what, if any, autoimmune conditions you have and treatment can be started thereafter.

Unlikely: Without skin problems and raynaud's, scleroderma is not very likely. Also might need more testing beyond just ana... ANA is only the screening test.
