22f Im diagnosed with severe POTS,mild ITP, and severe fibromyalgia. I also have positive ANA. And have a history of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. I recently developed a mild skin rash whenever Im exposed to the sun even for 1 minute?
My ANA was 1:320 Homogenous +fine speckled pattern twice. I have Dilated nailfold capillaries, fatigue, Raynaud's, dry mouth, rashes, hair loss, body aches. But ENA, dsDNA, Anti Sm negative. What is most likely diagnosis? Seeing Rheum next month?
I have major GI issues and feel stuff getting stuck in throat I am ANA positive no skin issues or raynauds but think i may have scleroderma , advice? So scared see dr. Chittajee tomorrow. Im only 27!
