Please have your CBC,differential and platelets repeated with a full microscopic report. Other tests may include a liver function panel and ultrasound of your liver and spleen. Highly unlikely: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, at your and with the data you provided, a diagnosis of multiple myeloma is highly unlikely. Wish you good health!
